Many women like myself live with Fibroids. For some they don’t become a major issues, but for a few of use…they wreck havoc on our bodies. I am grateful my story has a happy ending. Unfortunately I had to go through two miscarriages, one stillborn, and two surgeries due to fibroids before I finally had my son. At one time I was doing so much research my husband banned me from the computer. I tell my husband now….all that research paid off! The most important thing I have learned is balance. We must begin to live a health, happy, stress less lifestyle to truly live in harmony and balance. Living good has to become a lifestyle. Therefore, you have to eat right, rid your self of toxic relationships, and find peace. After chatting with many women about their fibroid issues and everyone is different. What I appreciate most is the dialog that is now open among us all, we can now share our stories, information, and successful outcomes. From that research I was able to compile this list of vital information for women to use and share. Before taking any herbs or starting a fibroid healing plan, please consult with your doctor. These practices along with the care of my doctors helped me tremendously. I hope you find this helpful, much love and success to you. During your journey I would love to hear from you. Please comment and come back often with your stories

What are Fibroids?

Alternative Medicines for Uterine Fibroids

Dr. Allan Warshowsky, MD

His book, “Healing Fibroids Naturally: A doctor’s guide to a natural cure” was the one book that summed up all my questions, gave me peace, and taught me how to eat and shrink my fibroids. From discussing the “standard American diet”, mediation, positive thinking, the use of herbs, and the right foods to optimize your health. Dr. Warshowsky has helped many women and saved many lives.

Dr. West

During his 35 years in practice Dr. West has developed procedures for the safe and effective treatment and removal of fibroids and fibroid tumors. He has made it easier for surgeons to perform myomectomy without complications. He has transformed myomectomy into a treatment for fibroids that is safer and more effective than hysterectomy. Most of his patients have children after his surgery when many others have told them they would never have children.

Great post! For so long many thought a hysterectomy was the ‘best’ solution. It’s always smart to research all the options. I recently read about Beverly Johnson and her being the spokesperson for this site: http://www.ask4tell4.com/
