Michael Jackson, Rest in PEACE
Michael Jackson, died today at 2:26 PST after going into cardiac arrest at his Bel-Air mansion. He was 50 years old.
As the industry’s greatest performer, Michael was a triple threat; performer, singer, and composer. In the world of entertainment he was a musical genius that revolutionized music, videos, dance and fashion during his five decade career.
Michael Jackson began his music career along side his four older brothers as the music group, The Jackson 5. In 1968 they soared on the charts as America’s first success boy-band with hits ”ABC” and “I Want you Back.” Michael’s electric performances, would go on to ignite a sole career releasing, “Off the Wall,” “Thriller,” “Dangerous,” and “HIStory,” which made him the best selling entertainer of all time. He has influenced artists around the world and will continue to live through his enormous body of work. Michael Jackson, an American ICON…rest in peace.
