Happy New Year! I have some exciting news to tell you. I am moving to Cleveland for a new radio job in February. Thank you to everyone in South Florida for supporting my radio career in Miami, my wonderful listeners in Charleston, SC and Florence, SC., and of course everyone on the Working Divas Network. I have been absent for a minute trying to get my professional and personal life in order for this cross country move. The Working Divas Blog™ was spawned from a spa contest I developed for my radio show in 1999. One day while passing a spa I really wanted a massage; work was really working me and I needed a break! At this moment I thought there must be other women that need a day of pampering. So I went home put together a contest proposal to help women indulge in ME TIME. Needless to say, the contest was a hit in Indianapolis and Miami. Since then, the Working Divas’™ theme has blossomed in to a lifestyle of women that live an awesome life; full of love, balance, family, children, career, sister-friends and yes…fashion. It’s Desperate Housewives-meets-Sex in the City-meets-Living Single. Yes, I’m a mixture of all these women…aren’t we all.
